Sakshi Sadhana
Who this door is for
This practice is only for sincere, committed seekers who have completed the 21-day Brahma Muhurta practice. It is not a way to pass the time — it is for those who truly want to change their life.
The first journey taught you to rise at dawn. Sakshi Sadhana brings a new question into that same dawn — the one who woke, the one who sat, the one who was watching: who is that? Over 45 mornings, watching body, breath, feeling, thought and prana, you come close to the watcher itself.
What this journey holds
- 45 days in 7 stages — a full page for every morning: the practice, how long, one feeling and one question
- Each morning you mark, a lamp is lit — your own garland of 45 lamps
- A milestone every seventh morning, and two mornings of silence (days 24 and 38)
- Simple sattvic food for your season and region — morning, noon and night
- Care for the body — when to pause, when to rest, when to ask a doctor
- A progress key — your mornings stay safe even if you change phones
The seven stages
How the journey works
Open today’s day → do the practice → notice your feeling and reflect on the question → mark the day after practice — a lamp lights up. The next day opens on this same page the following morning.
Who it is for — and who it is not for
- Those who truly completed 21 mornings
- Those ready to sit 30–45 minutes at dawn each day
- Those who want to look for answers within, not outside
- Anyone looking for a quick miracle or a way to pass the time — this door is not for them
How the door opens
- Open your 21-day Brahma Muhurta guide on the website and mark each morning in it.
- When you mark the 21st morning, the door of «Sakshi Sadhana» appears right there.
- Tap «Open the door» — our server checks your recorded mornings and takes you inside. The guru-dakshina details are there, inside.
The guru-dakshina details are shown only inside the door, to eligible seekers.
