Refund policy

The short version

The guide is a digital document delivered immediately after payment. Once it has been delivered, it cannot be returned, and so purchases are generally final.

When we do refund, without argument

• The guide did not reach you, or the link does not open.
• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• You received a guide in a language other than the one you paid for.

In any of these cases, write to [email protected] with the email address you paid from. We will refund in full.

How long it takes

Payments are processed by Topmate. Once we approve a refund, the money usually returns to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. That timing is set by your bank, not by us.

What we cannot refund

A change of mind after the guide has been opened and read. The document is delivered in full at the moment of purchase, and there is no way to return it.
